Welcoming Web Users, Inviting them to Subscribe to RSS Feed, Wordpress Plugin

 

Today ran across a blog post that highlighted the fact that a blogger had put out a welcome message to all the Problogger readers that entered his page from problogger.net. He’s using a wordpress plugin that allows him to do this. And might I add that I’ve downloaded and installed the plugin too at Adobe-Masters.com, and its awesome. Speaking of Problogger, I landed on
11 Ways to Find New RSS Subscribers for Your Blog after clicking on a retweet from a twitter follower.  Of course, putting out the welcome mat was one of the ways listed to get more blog readers.

However, I’d also took hold of another Problogger recommendation by creating a Subscribe to Adobe-Masters.com page.

Let me post up the subscriber count as of today, January 29, 2009.

Now, I can monitor the progress of putting out a welcome and invitation to subscribe, as well as the new page.
