After the Error Fix. The table_prefixconfig table is empty or does not exist. Pligg Problem - Solution I took notice to a message that informed website visitors that there was an ungrade in progress. It stated,

This website will be back online soon. We are currently performing an upgrade.

It was an upgrade to pligg 10. Gazetaplatense mentioned something similiar at the pligg forum, and apparrently overcame the problem by pointing to the actual install file instead of its folder.

My problem produces a different fix tip or mini web tut.  My install was complete but there was an upgrade message showing instead of my homepage.  That’s when I remembered the cool index.html that was uploaded to the server in step 3 of the upgrade instructions.   Your site visitors will appreciate the message letting them know that there’s an upgrade going on.  When the upgrade completes, you’re ready to go live again so it will be okay to delete the index.html file.  I got rid of the index.html and there was my homepage.   That’s it.  Subscribe here for more of the same in future updates.
