I Sold My First Website - How to SiteSell, Make Affiliate Sells, Sell A Website

I sold my first website. I thought it would be cool to share what I did to make the sell.

Before attempting to make an affiliate sell, I brought the website for myself. Actually the site is sponsored by MomsFoodKitchen.com. Its called DaughtersKitchen.com and I’ve set up a few pages to test it out. Its always best to use the product you intend to sale so that you can give potential buyers a glimpse of how it works. Using sitesell’s interface is really good for publishing quick web pages.

I took the talk-about-it route on the popular free web design tutorials blog.I was able to share everything I loved about the Sitesell Site Build It! software. Yes, I wrote a short article on Website Hosting, Website Promotion, Marketing, Why I Became A SBI Affiliate to tell people what I really like about what I’ve signed up for.

It all turns out that I am one of thousands who’ve fallen in love ith SBI. Watch these amazing I Love SBI! Videos. The talk-about-it approach is always more effective than posting a banner here and there like the one you can click below. Its gives people the information they’ve been longing for.

So how long did it take me to make the first sell? It was an honest three and a half months being as though the article was published on December and the sale occured March for a sweet $75 commission.
